To me it looks like a solid 66 especially in an old PC holder...Fairly clean obverse, very clean reverse and nice cartwheel luster...

The current grade is a 63. I want to send it in,but dont want to risk anything by cracking it out. Will pcgs up the grade of a coin in their own slabs?

They'll up the grade if they think the coin deserves it.

Since it seems they hate toning at the moment (based on what I hear, anyway), and the graders don't know what's on the label, there's also the possibility they'll assume that it's in a QT holder and bounce it as a QT coin.

You will return it,and if you are looking for special toned Morgans,you have yet to find it.GSAGuys graded just fine at PCGS,if they were bought raw.JMHO
